Updates on Our Install at Zap Zone XL in Lansing, MI

We have made several updates to our Putt Mania software and hardware since our initial installation at Zap Zone XL in Lansing, MI. Our team headed back to Lansing to make some adjustments to their current equipment and to add Putt Mania to an additional 9-hole course they recently added. Let’s take a look at some behind the scenes details on these updates!
Updates to the Existing Holes
New & Improved LEDs
We brought in new LED strips that are both more reliable and have an improved look. We also improved our LED mounting so they are better secured and have a more polished feel.
Stronger Starter Tee & Cup Cover Plates
We added new cover plates for both our starter tees and cup sensors. These new plates are both higher quality and more durable.
Expanding the Course
In addition to updating the existing Putt Mania course, we installed Putt Mania on a second course that Zap Zone added. This course features unique concepts such as jumping the ball off a ramp and into a hot airballon and putting into a roulette wheel.
Along with adding more opportunities for funs, this second course will allow us to utilize our mutli-course management software in a real world setting.
Photoshoot
While on site, we also held a photoshoot with some of our team members. We were able to capture many great Putt Mania photos and videos so we can give you better insight into the product. Take a look at some behind the scenes photos from the shoot below.
What's Next?
We will continue to monitor both courses at Zap Zone and make adjustments while needed. We currently plan to do another installation late Summer or early Fall.
You will be able to try Putt Mania out again this year in Orlando at IAAPA (Booth # 4666). We anticipate being ready to take orders to bring Putt Mania to your FEC by that time as well.
