Last month we attended our 25th year at IAAPA! As if a 25– year anniversary wasn’t enough, we also introduced our exciting, new interactive mini golf product, Putt Mania.
From self-scoring balls to eye-catching touchscreen hole markers, Putt Mania helps take your mini golf course to the next level. Retrofitting to your existing indoor mini golf course, this product helps you to give your current attraction a boost, rather than having to figure out a way to add an entire new attraction.
Let’s take a closer look at what Putt Mania has to offer.
Isn’t it about time we ditch the outdated pencil and paper scoring? With our self-scoring system, you can do just that! We offer the only golf ball that actually tracks strokes. As players go from hole to hole, they will see their scores digitally at each hole marker.
Our LED lit balls, cups, and hole markers will help your mini golf course to make a big impression on your guests.
Drive up the competition and the fun with leaderboards! Real-time scoreboards on big TVs throughout the golf course keep up the competitive excitement.
We put a lot of time and effort into the details of Putt Mania and we really looking forward to getting some feedback on it when we finally introduced this product to the public last month at IAAPA. While we were not sure exactly what to expect, we hoped that everyone would be as excited about Putt Mania as we are and we were not disappointed!
We had hundreds of experienced operators coming by our booth, eager to learn more about Putt Mania and try it out for themselves. We also received a lot of feedback on ideas for alterations and additions, which was invaluable. Let’s take a look at some of the changes we are making before our test site installation.
We are reducing the amount of time the ball has to be stopped in order to count a stroke to account for fast moving players.
Default team and player names will populate if names are not entered manually when a ball is pulled from the charger during game setup.
Different custom sound files can be utilized for each hold to create a more exciting and interactive experience for players.
Easily distinguish which cup is easy, medium, and hard with simple red, yellow, and green color coding.
Creating an easier customer experience. .
Create your own custom point values for each cup at each hole based on what makes the most sense for your fun center.
Decide what par you want to each hole based on its difficulty level. Base the par on whatever cup (easy, medium, hard) makes most sense for you.
An updated, animated look that is more vibrant, exciting, and eye-catching with the option to insert your own image to match your FEC theming.
These are just a handful of the over 30 improvements we are making to both the Putt Mania hardware and software. We can’t wait to show them off to you soon!
